As we enter the season of summer, I encourage you to breathe deeply, relax, and create some space to reflect on what YOU need to rejuvenate and take care of yourself.  Removing the societal guilt when an individual chooses to place a priority on their own needs, is liberating and essential to being the healthiest and happiest person you can be.  Bring on the summer!

First Responder Trauma
